Born in Rhode Island, brought up in Florida, and returning to New England in time to attend Boston College where she earned an A.B in Education/Mathematics and a Master's Degree from Rhode Island College, Donna prepared well for the challenging career into which she would embark.
Donna Chase's work history included condominium and chalet sales in New Hampshire at age 18, a Mathematics teacher in the Walpole School system,District Field Representative for Procter and Gamble, owner of a directmarketing company and an interior design company for over 8 years, and then her passion, once again, real estate!
Donna has earned multiple advanced designations in her field including the prestigious CRS. (Certified Residential Specialist). She has been the recipient of many, many real estate sales and listing awards, and has been interviewed and published on real estate-related topics. She has also been a guest on several radio talk-shows. Born and brought up in Newton, MA and a South Shore resident for over 20 years, Jim Chase grew up in a large family where sensitivity to other's needs, patience, and sharing were all daily requirements for a happy co-existence. As a result, he has the perfect make-up to guide a first time home buyer, and anyone else, through the jungle of details and challenges necessary in today's difficult marketplace.
Jim has been a member of WEICHERT'S professional real estate team for over 16 years, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry where he worked for the Marriott Corporation in Newton and then Copley Square. Currently, Jim's position with the company is as operations manager in the Scituate office, as well as a professional, buyer's agent for his favorite clients, first time buyers.
Jim's training includes all aspects of customer service, advanced negotiations training, knowledge of lending programs suitable for the difficult and cash-strapped first time buyers, home inspections expertise, online marketing, direct marketing, and management. My name is Stephen Girardi, I was raised in Weymouth, Ma and currently reside in Hanover, Ma. I attended Xaverian Brother High School in Westwood,Ma and graduated in 1999. I attended the University of Hartford, where I received my B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2004. Held a student government position representing the Electrical Engineering majors for the University. Life after colleges took me into the Electric Utility Business as an Electrical Engineer which I currently still work.
Living and working in the immediate South Shore, I knew the area very well and had an interest in Real Estate. In early 2009, I went into Real Estate business hoping to make a difference for my future clients looking for homes in the South Shore. Julie Harrington is a Realtor and a member of Massachusetts Association of Realtors and Plymouth and South Shore Board of Realtors. Julie was raised in a Boston suburb and attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she received a B.S. in Psychology. For many years, Julie worked in Sales for an electronic distributor. She decided to take a brief hiatus from sales to raise her two daughters who are 9 and 7 years old. Having returned to the work force several years ago, she decided to follow her love of real estate and pursue it as a full time career. Her sales speak for her success in the field, as well as her growing list of laudatory clients.
Julie currently resides in Hanover with her husband, Jay, 2 daughters, and Brady the family's Cocker Spaniel. Julie is an active member of the Hanover PTA, coaches HYAA soccer, and teaches Religious Education at St. Mary's of the Sacred Heart in Hanover. In her spare time, Julie enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Armed with bachelor's and master's degrees in international business and a marketing research certificate, Megard enjoyed a 15-year career in international sales and marketing for a variety of small to large multi-national businesses. She is originally from Troyes, France, and has also lived in the U.K., Germany and Italy, plus four states in the U.S., moving more than 10 times in the past 20 years. She speaks not only French and English, but also German, Italian and "some" Spanish.
Megard's personal experiences with international relocation, buying and selling homes, equipped her with skills and knowledge that translate into "an unequaled education that more than prepares an agent to assist others in the moving process," she said. She has accumulated a checklist that is "beyond the basic schools and churches information" that she can navigate with ease for her clients.
Prior to the career change to real estate sales, the international businesswoman acquired negotiation skills, key modern marketing and promotional knowledge from her work as a BASF Marketing Manager, as an Account Director at Medimix, and as owner of her own company, ELV Decor. Megard created the home decor, gift and accessories business specifically to benefit non-profit organizations, and as a result became a home staging expert, "an extremely valuable talent to offer clients in today's real estate market," Chase said.
Life outside of real estate still includes the home decor and design activities, along with tutoring (French, Italian, German), PTO membership, tennis, cooking and family; and, she is a licensed private pilot.

Dave has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and a strong background in contract negotiation. His areas of expertise include are Residential Sales Consultant, Residential Listing Consultant, Relocation Specialist, and an in-depth knowledge of the South Shore of Boston.
Brian has been a resident of the South Shore for many years. He currently resides in Hanson with his wife and children. His background in sales and customer support emanates from many years within the telephone industry where he has excelled.
Brian is well-versed in the market south of Boston, particularly South Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Quincy, Braintree, Hanson, and Halifax.
Amanda resides in Marshfield, MA with her husband David who is a residential contractor, her beautiful daughter Daniella and their Wiemaraner Jager. She began her real estate career while in College at a busy firm in her hometown of Framingham, MA. She started off as real estate Administrative Assistant in 2000 while doing rentals and property management on the side. It wasn't long after that Amanda graduated to a full time sales associate and pursued Real Estate as a full time career soon becoming one of the top producers for her team. She has been resilient to the turbulence in the market by only increasing her sales volume year by year. She describes the up's and down's as one of the thrills of being in the real estate business. Maureen graduated from Brandeis University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989, after which she worked as a supervisor in a marketing department for a large insurance company for two years. Having decided to pursue a degree in law, Maureen then graduated from Suffolk University, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor degree in 1994.
Throughout her three years in law school, she worked in the real estate law field. She began practicing in a law firm after graduation until 2008 when I decided to start my own law practice in Dedham, Massachusetts, where she is an active, real estate attorney in practice today.
Maureen's firm, of which she is the principal, handles real estate conveyancing throughout Massachusetts. She has accumulated over seventeen years of experience representing both buyers and sellers beginning with the offer stage, through the Purchase & Sale Agreement, culminating with the final closing. She has represented hundreds of lenders throughout the years in both refinance and purchase closings.
